Our Civil Engineering team oversaw the construction of a Crew Amenities Area, which provided a fitness center, pool, and outdoor exercise areas, as well as a security entrance and security office. We worked closely with City officials during the design and permitting process of the project, along with Architects, lighting and landscape designers, construction teams and our client.
Additionally, our engineering team completed the property’s multiple license renewals for their 5-year Stormwater Certifications.
