Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center by Holland Engineering

Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center

Our firm provided complete Civil Design services for additions to the PBG Medical Center over the years, teaming up with hospital and medical facility design specialists, MEPs, lighting engineers, builders and architects in the process.

Built in 1965 in the middle of cow pastures and tomato fields, Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center didn’t officially open until 1968 (called Palm Beach Gardens Community Hospital at the time). Since then, the medical center has grown into a 282,000-square-foot facility on Burns Road. Perhaps best known for its heart program, the hospital was the first to perform open-heart surgery in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast in 1983.

Our firm provided complete Civil Design services for additions to the PBG Medical Center over the years, teaming up with hospital and medical facility design specialists, MEPs, lighting engineers, builders and architects in the process.

Always deeply gratifying to provide services for medical facilities (counting more than 10 South Florida medical facilities, including Florida Medical Center, Baptist Hospital, Memorial Hospital, West Boca Medical Center and Palmetto General Hospital at this time), it is an honor to be part of these important collaborations.
