The Delray Medical Center (DMC), has served the communities of South Palm Beach County for over 35 years. The hospital’s recent expansion included the construction of a new patient tower with 96 private patient rooms, a comprehensive cardiovascular clinic offering cardiac rehabilitation, an expanded laboratory, the latest imaging technology, a rooftop helipad and a five-level parking garage.

Holland Engineering provided Civil Engineering services, including paving, grading, drainage, water & wastewater design, and land & site development for several projects at Delray Medical Center.

Our engineering team has played an essential role in the upgrading of the DMC over the years. We have worked with a gamut of surveyors, MEPs, electricians, medical facility experts and hospital design specialists for each undertaking, all of which are complex engineering projects (including the Emergency Room, helipad and parking area expansions). Our design team has played an integral part of the planning, design and construction of each project.
