Holland Engineering partnered with Architects and the Seminole Tribe of Florida to provide our Civil Design services. The scope of services included paving, grading, drainage, water & wastewater design, and land & site development.

The Brighton Elder Activity Center is a 15,775 sq.ft. facility catering to the elder community on the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Brighton Reservation. It also serves as headquarters for the Seminole Tribe’s Department of Elder Services.

The Brighton Elder Activity Center features numerous sustainable features, including low volume plumbing fixtures, a rainwater cistern collection system to serve toilet fixtures, and a natural light control & optimization system that conserves energy. The Center is LEED Gold Certified from the United States Green Building Council.
