Emerald Hills Executive Plaza is a 63,342-square-foot, 6-story mid-rise office complex in Hollywood, FL. The 40-year-old edifice recently underwent a complete renovation and is now known as Ganot Plaza – an energy-efficient, sleek modern marvel.

Our firm’s scope of services included both Civil Design & Engineering Certifications for the property.

Holland Engineering’s Civil Design team, together with seasoned builders, lighting designers, landscape engineers, construction teams, MEPs, and government officials tackled complex engineering and construction issues Emerald Hills Executive Plaza was facing. Our Civil work included paving, grading, drainage, water & wastewater design.

Clients with whom we have fostered long-standing relationships often return to us for additional or other services our firm is able to offer, should the need arise. In the case of Emerald Hills, we also provided our client with the renewal of their 5-Year Stormwater Certification.
