For more than 30 years, the Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA) in Dania Beach has served the design community with prestigious showrooms and open office space – and serves as the corporate headquarters for Chewy, Chiquita, JetBlue, and First Service Residential. At nearly 800,000 square feet, DCOTA is the largest design facility of its kind.

Having over two decades of expertise providing these Renewals and Certifications for corporate entities, we are known for our transparent, turn-key process.
