Job Corps, administered by the U.S. Department of Labor, is a no-cost education and vocational training program for young adults. There are currently over 130 Job Corps Centers across the United States. The Miami branch, located in Miami Gardens, helps individuals between the ages of 16-24 improve the quality of their lives. The Center’s mission is to teach eligible young people the skills they need to become employable, independent and place them in meaningful jobs and/or further education.

Our firm provided Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey (SSES) certification services for the U.S. Dept of Labor – Job Corps facility in Miami.

We facilitated the property’s Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey (SSES) certification for this property. Meeting County requirements is a complex and intensive process. Not only is it highly involved, the SSES Survey Report is comprehensive and must meet all County guidelines.

Working in tandem with a host of experts (from professionally-licensed plumbing contractors to our in-house administration team) through our SSES Process, we provide official certification under engineering supervision.

This comprehensive process involves a multitude of specialized testing performed by our approved, professionally-licensed field teams.  These include: smoke & flow measurement testing, visual field investigations, and on-site sewer system verifications.

Field work determines whether there are leaks in the system, equipment and/or power failures, blocked and/or broken pipes, etc – thereby identifying malfunctioning systems.

Deficiencies must be remediated under the supervision of our engineering teams, who scrutinize all findings to ensure their complete and utter accuracy.  It takes great teamwork to bring a property’s sanitary system into compliancy.
