Overlooking Biscayne Bay and Oleta State Park, the new waterfront Sunny Isles Beach Jewish Community Center (SIBJCC) is a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art facility, catering to South Florida’s vibrant Jewish community of young professionals, families, children, residents and new transplants. The six-story building features a synagogue, kindergarten and preschool, restaurant and lounge, banquet hall, library, youth center and offices, among other remarkable spaces and amenities.

We provided Civil Design services that included paving, grading, drainage, water & wastewater design, and land & site development. Our engineering team collaborated with MEPs, landscape and lighting designers, developers, construction teams and architects to facilitate and complete Civil Design services for this noteworthy and unique building.

This impressive edifice, with an 8-figure project cost, is one of many Places of Worship our company counts among its roster of clients in this sector. We have serviced over thirty places of worship, working closely with religious leaders to bring to life their visions for their new facilities.
