Located in the middle of the Florida Keys (and one of the only properties in the Keys to boast having a beach), the Courtyard Marriott in Marathon opened its doors to the public in 2016. The 3-story hotel, featuring modern amenities and design with a Keys flare, is a perfect project example of the numerous big-name hospitality clients we have served over the years.

Our firm’s Civil Engineering scope included paving, grading, drainage, stormwater, water & wastewater design, land & site development services for the Marathon Courtyard Marriott.

Possessing vast knowledge and experience in hotel and resort design, our Civil Design team contributes innovative ideas and forward-thinking solutions for all major hotel brands – which have included Hilton, Home2Suites, Comfort Suites, Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn, to name but a few.

This hotel came to life thanks to the combined breadth of capability and depth of expertise of a superior team of architects, MEPs, construction teams, builders, lighting designers, and landscape & civil engineers. The hotel was recently converted into a full-service resort.
